There is a fan located in the bedroom and a spare one in the wardrobe.

An oil heater is stored also located in the loungeroom.

The rubbish bins are located in the front of the building, near the shop. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of before vacating the apartment

There is a coin operated laundry on the roof one floor up.

Check-out is at 11:00am.

Please leave the keys in the apartment or return them to Regents Court if you'd like luggage storage.

Ensure rubbish is contained in the bins provided or disposed of in the rubbish room

Wash the dishes (you don’t need to put them away — we’ll take care of that!

Parking in this area can be a little tricky. If you choose to park on the street, please be sure to check the parking signs carefully, as most areas are limited to 1-hour parking between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.

A convenient option is Secure Parking at 9A Elizabeth Bay Road, Elizabeth Bay NSW 2011, which is located right next near the apartment.

For longer-term free parking, you may need to look towards Edgecliff, which is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away.

Accidentally set of your smoke detector and there is no emergency?  Ensure to open the windows and your exhaust fan is on. Do not open the door to the hallway as this will activate an emergency and call the fire department.

Should there be a fire or emergency, please refer to your safety emergency sheet and call 000.

The electrical fuse box is located in the common areas, on the basement level (one floor underground). Should the electrics for the apartment trip, you may need to go down there to flip the fuse switch.

Please make sure to switch on the exhaust fan in the bathroom at the time of showering and leave it on for a period afterwards.

 Please also ensure not to dispose of any sanitary items, wet wipes of towels down the toilet.
