You can also gain entry to the building via  10 Barncleuth Square or the end of Amos Lane.  You can use your swipe fob and this provides access to Level 7.

This can be a more convenient way to gain access to Potts Point.

The light switch in the bedroom needs to be “ON” once this is on you are able to use the remote to control the ceiling fan

There is a rubbish room on your floor and Bins are also located near the exit boom gates.

There is a fan located in the bedroom and a spare one in the wardrobe.

An oil heater is stored also located in the loungeroom.

Check-out is at 11:00am.

Please leave the keys in the apartment or return them to Regents Court if you'd like luggage storage.

Ensure rubbish is contained in the bins provided or disposed of in the rubbish room

Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher (you don’t need to put them away — we’ll take care of that!

To access the parking
1.The boom gate is on the LEFT of the building

2: Press the button “2” twice

3. Park in LOT 82 (This is just on your left)

Should the fuse trip, the electricity fuse box is in the hallway, same level in the cupboard

Accidentally set of your smoke detector and there is no emergency?  Ensure to open the windows and your exhaust fan is on. Do not open the door to the hallway as this will activate an emergency and call the fire department.

Should there be a fire or emergency, please refer to your safety emergency sheet and call 000.
