Walk to the end of the hallway
Last door = bins
(Yes, it feels like a little quest the first time.)

There is a coin-operated laundry on the roof.
Bonus: the views up there are worth the trip alone.

Check-out is at 11:00am
Please return the keys to the lockbox.
Ensure rubbish is contained in the bins provided or disposed of in the buildings rubbish bins.
We ask you kindly to wash the dishes & cutlery used (you don’t need to put them away — we’ll take care of that)!

Parking in this area can be a little tricky. If you choose to park on the street, please be sure to check the parking signs carefully, as most areas are limited to 1-hour parking between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Please note that if a team member is required to attend site after-hours, a lock-out fee will apply.

Accidentally set of your smoke detector and there is no emergency? Ensure to open the windows and your exhaust fan is on. Do not open the door to the hallway as this will activate an emergency and call the fire department.
Should there be a fire or emergency, please refer to your safety emergency sheet and call 000.

The oven and stovetop are gas, so you’ll need a lighter or matches to get cooking. There is an “ignition” button but we find the lighter a better method

No hot water? To control the temperature, use the third tap (bottom left) — this regulates hot water on/off. This should already be set for you, though just in case!
If that still does not work, please check the fuse box.

Light bulb out? Missing something? This is never ideal, please let us know so we can try our best to fix this so you can enjoy your stay!
